Hello, my name’s Danielle and I offer Dance Movement Psychotherapy and Yoga in one-to-one and group settings. 

When experiencing difficulties like anxiety and depression, a general feeling of stuckness or other more complicated issues impacting our lives and relationships, sometimes talking isn’t enough.  

By tuning into bodily experience, responses and movement we can bring about deeper self- awareness and empowerment. 

My role is to meet you where you are at, without judgement, and support meaning and connection to flow into your life.
